Canton 108 Signature Almond "Tauhua": Rp 90.000++,
Experience a modern twist on a beloved classic with our silky Chinese tofu pudding known as "Tauhua." Canton 108’s new dessert creation features the silky smoothness of the original Tauhua, yet using almond as the main ingredient as supposed to soybean. Ours is also served with a delicate ginger foam, unlike the classic version that is usually served with sweet ginger broth. The addition of Kinako (roasted soybean) powder and a harmonious blend of ginger and aren syrup create a perfect balance of flavors, elevating this humble dish into a memorable dessert.
-

Indulge in the refreshing and sophisticated Steamed Nashi Pear with Yuzu Sorbet. This dessert combines the natural sweetness of steamed Nashi pear with the tangy freshness of yuzu sorbet. Accompanied by jujube, goji berries, and winter melon, this dessert not only delights the palate but also provides a nourishing and healthful finish to your meal.
