Recruitment Specialist

We're Hiring Recruitment Specialist

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in psychology, human resource or other related fields
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment (experience in F&B business is preferred)
• Having experiences in recruiting or head hunting in a managerial role
• Conduct technical & end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office, Operational and Business needs
• Establish strategic work plan, designing innovative idea in order to completion recruitment's target
• Proactive, good communication, detail oriented, good analytical thinking
• Is comfortable working with targets, ahead with the hiring trend
