Requirements:

  • Minimum of SMK or Diploma or Associate Degree in F&B/Hospitality/Equivalent

  • Must have good knowledge of theoretical and technical Pastry skills or cake processing

  • Must have good leadership skills (specific number 1,2)

  • Excellence knowledge of local and imported ingredients varieties
