Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience (specific number 1,2,3)

• Minimum of SMK or Diploma or Associate Degree in F&B/Hospitality/Equivalent

• Familiar knowledge with Viennoiserie (Croissant) and European Breads

• Must have good knowledge of theoretical and technical baking skills

• Must have good leadership skills (specific number 1,2)

• Excellence knowledge of local and imported ingredients varieties
