Operational Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in modern lifestyle restaurant concepts with a focus on high-quality dining and social ambiance
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a strong track record in team management and restaurant operations
- Strong analytical and budgeting skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports and optimize operational efficiency
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders
